Defense of Workers Compensation Claims

Resolution of Liens

At the Louie & Stetter, we have a dedicated lien unit that have been trained in all matters related to the Official Medical Fee Schedule and the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule.

Using our experience, we can develop a tailored plan to resolve open liens as quickly and as efficiently as possible.  Our team thoroughly review the medical bills to determine the reasonable cost of service and identify medical reports or other information that may help reduce our client’s liability on the lien demands as well as expedite the closure of the file.
